Tendō ryū 天道流

Currently Tendō ryū is located in Kyoto, Japan and is led by Mitamura Takeko (16th generation headmaster and successor to the school)

In addition of naginatajutsu, The school includes kenjutsu and techniques performed with kusarigama. Also taught are methods of combat with a broken naginata for example stick fighting with just the shaft of a naginata.
