The first half hour I’ll explain the throwingtechnique of the Meifu Shinkage ryū (Only to those who want to and can’t figurre out how to make these thing end up pointy end forward).
The throwingtechnique is not a 100% identical to that ot the Katori Shintō ryū, but it has been developed from (the Sugino line) of Katori Shintō ryū, by Someya-sensei; a student of Sugino Yoshio-sensei.
