Saturday’s training is planned adjoining the traditional New Years training (Hatsu keiko) and is also very suitable for beginners or people without prior iaidō experience.
The emphasis will be on suburi (separate strikes), kihon (basic-kata), zagi (sitting iai-kata), tachi-iai (standing iai-kata).
On Sunday there will be kyu-exams and afterward the kenjutsu-kata (paired kata) and the iaikumitachi (paired kata from saya) will be taught.
Before the exams there will be some opportunity from 11:00 to prepare. For our (German) guests the basics of shurikenjutsu of the Meifu Shinkage ryū will be taught until the seminar starts.

On saturdayevening we will all dine together (for all who whish to join) at Restaurant Pepers.
