There is free parking on the Sportshallen parking
(but not during the day on Saturday, then it’s payed parking).
If this parking is full (payed) parking is available in the neighborhood and in the Parkinggarage of the Olympic stadium.
Friday August 28th:
Friday an extra training is prepared for those coming early to the weekend. In this training Gosoke will cover kenjutsu.
Location: Fencing Hall (first floor)

Saturday August 29th:
Location: Hall 3
12:00 – 12:30 Warm up keiko and shinsa preperation
12:30 – 13:30 Luciano sensei nanadan shinsa
13:30 – 13:45 Short preparation for the other shinsa
13:45 – 14:30 Shinsa for the other dan grades
14:30 – 16:00 iai-keiko
16:00 – 16:30 Small break
For sandan and up will receive instruction for shinpan during taikai
16:30 – 18:00 iai-keiko
After training we all eat together in the city center
Cost approx €20,- to €30,- for the meal without drinks.

The restaurant is still to be determined (Pancakes, Chinese, Indonesian etc. depending on the size of the group)
Since it’s in the city center please arrange how to go there by either public transport or car.
Sunday August 30th:
Location: Hall 2
11:00 – 12:00 The hall will be set-up for the Taikai and free training preparation in possible
12:00 – 12:30 Opening speeches and embu by Gosoke
12:30 – 14:30 Preliminairy rounds of the Taikai
14:30 – 16:00 Break and time to view the European Koryu-bujutsu Embu in Hall 1
(There is also time for the finalists to train on in Hal 3)
16:00 – 16:30 Matches between 3rd and 4th place competitors
16:30 – 17:00 Matches between 1st and 2nd place competitors
17:00 – 18:00 Prices and pictures
Closing of Taikai
After training we all eat together in the city center

Costs for the taikai and seminar:
In order to avoid the administrative hassle on the seminar, all German and Dutch participants need to pay ahead of time (before the 24th of August) by bank transfer.
From Germany and The Netherlands there is no extra transfer cost involved in a bank payment.

Monday August 31st:
An extra training is prepared for those staying longer after the weekend. In this training Gosoke will teach a yet to be determined subject.

After training we all eat together in the city center (cost approx €40,- to €50,- for the meal without drinks).
Please register below if you’d like to come for dinner.
For organisational purposes I personally like to stress three points:
- Please transfer the fee ahead of time to our bank before the 24th
- Please register for the dinners and extra training as soon as possible
- But, most importantly: You are all very welcome and lets have a great time together
